A WhatsApp bot that checks the exact location before it accepts a delivery.
Most WhatsApp bots copy whatever address a customer types and pass it to the kitchen, even when it is in another city. GECA asks for a WhatsApp location pin, checks it against your delivery zones, and applies the exact fee for that zone before the order exists.
2 chicken sandwiches and 1 iced latte, delivery please
Added 2x Chicken Sandwich and 1x Iced Latte. To confirm we deliver to you, please share your location: tap + and choose Location.
Location confirmed: Khayaban-e-Ittehad, DHA Phase 6. Delivery fee PKR 150. May I have your name for the order?
How does GECA check a WhatsApp delivery address?
When a customer chooses delivery, the GECA assistant asks them to share a WhatsApp location pin instead of typing an address. The pin gives exact coordinates, which GECA turns into a readable address and tests against the delivery zones you set up in the dashboard. If the pin is inside a zone, the assistant quotes that zone’s fee, or free delivery if the order passes that zone’s threshold. If it is outside every zone, delivery is refused politely and the customer is offered In-Store Pickup, so the order never reaches your kitchen.

The problem this solves.
Typed addresses are guesses
A street name exists in several cities, and many customers write only a landmark. A bot that accepts text alone has no idea whether you can reach them.
Out-of-area orders waste a rider
An order that is accepted and then cancelled costs you preparation, a call and sometimes a wasted trip. It also leaves the customer unhappy.
Fees go wrong without a location
If the bot cannot tell where the customer is, it cannot tell which fee applies, so staff end up correcting totals by hand.
Step by step.
- 01
Customer chooses delivery
When the cart is ready, the assistant asks whether the order is for delivery or In-Store Pickup. It never assumes.
- 02
Pin, not paragraph
For delivery it asks for a WhatsApp location pin. If the customer types an address instead, it politely asks for the pin, so zoning and fees are exact.
- 03
Zone check against your map
GECA tests the coordinates against your zones. Each zone covers an area around your store or a neighbourhood you choose, and where zones overlap the smallest one wins.
- 04
Fee applied, or pickup offered
Inside a zone, the assistant states the area and fee. Outside every zone, it explains that delivery is not available there and offers In-Store Pickup instead.
- 05
Address saved for next time
The confirmed address is stored on the customer profile, so a returning customer can simply confirm it next time.
What it does, exactly.
Readable address, never raw coordinates
The pin is converted into a street address for the order and the rider. Latitude and longitude are never shown to the customer.
Neighbourhood zones
Centre a zone on your store or on any neighbourhood, such as a block or phase, and set how far it reaches.
Fee per zone
Each zone has its own delivery fee, so nearby customers pay less than far ones.
Free delivery threshold per zone
Set an order value above which delivery is free in that zone. The assistant applies it automatically.
Same rules as your website
The WhatsApp assistant uses the same zone engine as your website checkout, so the fee is identical on both.
Active orders stay safe
If a customer sends a new address after ordering, the placed order keeps its original address. The new one is saved for future orders only.

The assistant explains it in one line: tap the attach button in WhatsApp, choose Location, then send the current location or drop a pin. Most customers already share locations with riders this way.
A typed address is geocoded when possible, but for delivery the assistant asks for a pin so the zone and fee are exact. Returning customers can confirm the address saved from their last order.
The assistant tells the customer delivery is not available at that location and offers In-Store Pickup. No delivery order is created.
No. Customers see a natural message and the fee for their area. Internal distances and limits are never mentioned.
