How do delivery zones work in GECA?
You create zones on a map in the dashboard. Each zone is an area around a point, either your store or a neighbourhood such as a block or phase, with its own name, delivery fee and optional free-delivery threshold. When a customer gives a location on your website or sends a pin on WhatsApp, GECA finds the zone it falls in, choosing the smallest one if zones overlap, and applies that zone’s fee. Outside every zone, delivery is refused and In-Store Pickup is offered, unless you choose to accept out-of-zone orders.
