The WhatsApp assistant sends product photos and menu cards when they help.
Customers can ask "photo dikhao" and get the product picture straight from your catalogue. Menu requests get your visual menu cards. The assistant knows when not to send images too, so chats stay clean.

Can the GECA WhatsApp assistant send pictures?
Yes. With product images switched on, the assistant sends a product’s photo when a customer asks to see it, or the first time they ask about one specific item. It does not send photos while listing categories, while building the cart or when a photo was already sent. With menu images switched on, a request for the menu gets your visual menu cards, either generated from your catalogue or uploaded by you.

The problem this solves.
People buy what they can see
A photo answers questions about colour, size and portion faster than any description.
Staff forward the same images all day
Sending pictures by hand from a phone gallery is slow and inconsistent.
Too many images annoy customers
Bots that attach a photo to every message make chats long and slow to load.
Step by step.
- 01
Customer asks about an item
"Can I see it?", "Pic please", "Tasveer dikhao" or a first question about one product.
- 02
Photo from your catalogue
The image comes from the product in your dashboard, so it is always the current one.
- 03
Menu requests get cards
Asking for the menu returns your visual menu cards in the chat.
- 04
No repeats
A photo already sent is not sent again unless the customer asks.
What it does, exactly.
Live catalogue images
Change a product photo in the dashboard and the assistant uses the new one.
Generated or uploaded menus
Use menu cards generated from your catalogue, a Brand Studio template or your own uploaded images.
Sent with greetings
Optionally attach the menu to the welcome message or the returning customer greeting.
Quiet during checkout
No photos while adding to cart, asking for address or calculating totals.
No photos for category lists
Listing a category gets a clean text list, not a stack of images.
Digital receipts too
Customers can ask for a receipt and get an image receipt card for their order.
